What is your shipping and refund policy?
Shipping & Processing Information
- Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Processing Time: Standard processing time for hair orders is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Important Policies
- Order Finality: Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments.
- Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot make address changes after the order is placed, including apartment numbers or additional details.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled after being placed. However, you may request a refund, subject to a 10% merchant fee deducted from your refund amount.
Nonrefundable Items:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Wigs or any grooming items are not returnable or refundable due to health concerns.
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.
- Gift cards.
Shipping Responsibility
- USPS Delivery: Once your package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If there are any issues, please contact your local USPS office.
- Package Protection: Route protection is automatically applied to all orders. If you choose to opt-out, your package will not be covered for loss or theft.
Do you offer local pickups in Atlanta, GA?
7even Doses of Hair currently offers in-store pickup only.
Once your order is received, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Following the confirmation, a separate email will be sent with available pickup times. Simply choose the time that works best for you, and once confirmed, the pickup location will be provided.

General guidelines before booking appointments
Hi, I’m Naomi! Thank you for choosing me as your stylist. I’m dedicated to ensuring every client leaves feeling beautiful and confident, and I pride myself on delivering top-quality hair and wigs with impeccable service.
Important Guidelines for Your Appointment:
- Wigs/Frontals/Lace: Please drop off your wig, frontal, or lace 2 days in advance. If you need same-day service, a $50 fee will apply.
- No Extra Guests or Children: For a relaxing environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during your appointment.
- No Deposit, No Appointment: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward your service.
- Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. A $45 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes. If you arrive 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
- No Call, No Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without reaching out, you will not be able to book future appointments. I understand that things come up, so please just send me a text if you're unable to make it, and I will do my best to accommodate with proper notice.
